an upset client

Im an IT Tech @ Sakhisizwe Local Municipality, we have obtained a couple of routers with vodacom for us @ the Municipality. we have made many complaints regarding the signal issue. i feel that vodacom is totally misleading us when they say "they are the leading network service provider" that couldnt be further from the truth. we are so upset with the level of professionalism showed by the vodacom East London regional and Mtata office. we are @ a point where by we SHALL cancel these devices coz we not getting value for our money. we are can carry on like this we paying for a service that we not getting. this is soo unfair to us as clients. i have emails dating back as last year. and till now NOTHING has been done.

MTN can do a better service than this, infact their signal is super good. thats where we going next.
