An loyal octogenarian deserves better treatment

My mother's cellphone account was paid by debit order for the last 18 years, but now she experiences constant trouble in this regard. Sometimes her account is blocked (and her phone is somewhat of a lifeline to her) because of a mistake on Vodacom's side, an exorbitant amount appears on her myAccount, we have to pay Vodacom directly (via EFT) because of a mistake on Vodacom's side and the list goes on. The package that she is on, is U Choose Smart S. I try to help as far as I can, but would appreciate it if Vodacom assists her.

Thank you to Vodacom for contacting my mother and resolving various issues in a friendly manner. We are unfortunately still left with the problem of the debit order. She requested for the debit order to go off on the first of each month, but then it is not deducted off and her records show that she does not have any amount in arrears with Vodacom. After a while, Vodacom contacts her, informing her that she has to urgently pay her account. We would appreciate it if this matter can also be resolved in a friendly, efficient manner.
