An employee from vodacom terminated my contract with the buddies and reopened a new contract without my concern and agreement

An employee from vodacom terminated my contract with the buddies and reopened a new contract without my concern and agreement. When I called to enquire about my current contract, I was to told that the contract is terminated and I have a new contract of 2 apple phones. I was given the email address of their ***** team to report the matter to since July when i logged the call to this day,they have not called or contacted me about the investigations. An invoice of R17000 was under my name for the contract I did not agree to. I'm disappointed and very angry. My name could have been blacklisted because of their *******ions and crimes they do under customers' names.
