An Amazing Agent At Vodacom

What started as a 1* in October 2023 when I wanted to do my upgrade of 3 contracts and was turned down by the upgrade consultant over 9 Gig additional data per month over the 3 contracts has turned into a 5* rating because of an amazing young lady in Cancellations and Retentions. When I told her my story, she was shocked and said there was no way she was going to let me cancel without putting together a deal. Her name is Pretty Gumede. She put together an excellent deal, got it approved by her manager, and I am staying with Vodacom because of her. Vodacom MUST look after this young lady.
