Amazingly useless service

<p>Two weeks ago I attempted to do an upgrade to an Iphone 5s, the upgrade seemed to go smoothly, but after a week no phone had arrived. I decided to call Vodacom, only to find out that no history of the upgrade showed on the Vodacom records. After many calls, and even more promises of someone getting back to me, I found out that the Iphone 5s I got promised, was out of stoc**** Nobody informed me. I can’t tell you how many times I called with no replies. I have since found out my Upgrade has been locked by some computer glitch, and IT has to unblock it. All I want I the Ipone 5s I got promised! Even now I am waiting for a call back, but still nothing. Useless! I am hoping by writing on here something will be done, but I doubt it. Restore my faith Vodacom, if you can. Very disappointing !!!!!</p>
