Amazingly over the top with customer service

I got assisted by a gentleman called Shaidan November, such an amazing experience of customer service, he was so polite, helpful and gave me all the help I needed and went as far as calling to check if I did get the assistance from the department he transferred me too, honestly lately it's very rare to get such service , I really hope Vodacom does acknowledge that he is an asset to the company , I really hope he gets growth within the company , absolutely amazing ... If possible wouldve grated him *** stars.
