Out of all the networks iv used i must say Vodacom truly is thee best network out there, they always keep you informed whenever theres going to be a problem with the network i.e when there was loadshedding Vodacom always had a plan B that ensured that people stay connected. I love how the company is customer centric as whenever theres an issue it always gets resolved within minutes, in my case we had a huge issue that involved some ********** activity on my moms account and unlike other networks that wev had issues with Vodacom was really quick to resolve the issue, all in all im really happy about the service i alongside my family has received from Vodacom.
