<p>After calling in almost fifty times into your call centre and speaking to dozens of people it took a call to the CEO to finally get a resolution. I am utterly disappointed in everyone in your organization except the above 2 people, who were able to resolve my issue within less than 24 hours after speaking to me. The service, assistance and efficiency is second to none. Thank you so much for your assistance ladies. I really wish that your superiors see this and realize what an asset you are to their organization, and can finally get it through their their thick skulls to provide all service consultants with the same training you guys get.</p>
