Amazing service from Vodacom

I would like to thank Vodacom, specifically Felicia, for her brilliant customer service today. I called in to reverse a Fibre cancellation and Felicia assisted me. She was extremely friendly, helpful and kept me in the loop with whatever was going on. She explained everything to me in great detail and answered all of my questions. I would nominate her for employee of the month and definitely give her a raise. South Africa needs more amazing people like her! (Please make sure this compliment is shared with her.)
