Amazing Service from Trade Route Mall

I had an insurance claim with Vodacom and I had to run up and down just to get the new phone but thanks to an amazing individual named Shoayb at the store at Trade Route Mall in lenasia I was able to get a new phone with no problems. He sent me emails as I was at work due to me not being able to go to the store during the day and he also advised me that he would get everything ready and as soon as I knock off I would just pick up the new phone and as promised as soon as I got there I got the new phone with no problems. Excellent service from him and he is an asset to the store.
