Amazing service from Percy @ Lakeside Mall Benoni

<p>On Friday afternoon arouond 4ish I went to Lakeside Mall to check if my battery was ok. Stood for a while looking for someone to help me. The store was very busy. There was a young male assistant on the entrance area, so I hung around thinking i would attract his attention, but I watched him and he seemed more busy watching people walking the mall area, and playing with his own phone. I asked a young lady on the till point to help and she must have called Percy. Well what a pleasant and well mannered young man. He led me to the upstairs area to get battey checked, which took only 4 minutes. he promptly got a new battery for me. I still said in jest any discount for pensioners, and then as we went to the till to pay, he said let me check for your discount and came back and offered me a discount on my battery. More stores need people like Percy and I am not saying so just because of the discount. He was willing to help the customers. Give that man a 'Bells' I say... </p>
