AMAZING SERVICE

Was WOW'd yesterday by Vodacom Consultant Pollen Maphologela with assisting sign up for an upgrade on a contract. He was extremely helpful even though his was let down by his system and gave feedback as he promised. He was calm and friendly making my experience WOW!!!
