AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Thank you very much to the following Vodacom staff for seeing my upgrade problem through to a mutually happy conclusion: Robin Morris, Thabo and Moos King (all from the Customer Service/Upgrades Department). You guys certainly went the extra mile, keeping me constantly updated, and I am extremely thankful for the professional and courteous manner in which you conducted yourselves. Keep up the good work, the cream always rises to the top! Thank you too to the Manager and staff at the Vodacom Shop in the Blue Route Mall in Cape Town for the amazing service. I can highly recommend the Store... the staff are extremely well trained and treat the customers very well.<br> <br> Thank you too to Vodacom SA. Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! You guys rock. I have been with Vodacom since day 1 of cellular service in this country, and can confidently say that I will never migrate to one of the other suppliers.<br>
