Amazing customer service

i would like to commend Craig (Technical Dept) for the efficient way in which he assisted me. He is extremely knowledgeable and definitely knows his job. He made up for all the issues i have had with Vodacom and other service providers previously. Vodacom should feel very proud having Craig in their employ. Keep it up Craig!!!
