Amazing and efficient service!

<p>It's a long saga about a technical issue with Vodacom's login portal, so I won't go into details. For three weeks I have had some good help along the way, and some no-help, but today I got a call from Candice of the Advanced Data Support team who at last took the trouble to really understand my problem and to do something effective about it. She phoned me several times to check on details and to monitor progress, and it seems at last that a solution my be in sight!
