Am so disappointed

October 2024, my mother got a call from vodacom agent selling vodacom router. The person **** to her saying the router has unlimited data for R328,she then agreed to take it. On the 18th November 2024, a router was delivered however my mother noticed that it has 200mb instead. Immediately she phoned vodacom to notify them, they acknowledge that their agent sold lies to her and they apologize, they will come collect the router. Till today they never collected the router from her, she doesn't use it but vodacom continue to debit R328 from her account. This is so annoying because she has been with vodacom since 1995 as a loyal customer(20 years). You should come collect the router and stop taking advantage on elderly people.
