Am never using vodacom anymore

Never using vodacom anymore. One of my first contract when it was paid up and I cancelled it the agent upgraded the sim card and now am paying for something I didn't request. My current contract has came to an end I cancelled it few months ago, I called again to make sure it was cancelled and they said it was only to be debited today. Like how mxm poor service when I called to found out why they debited the agent is now selling me products instead of helping me. Pathetic service I tell you.
