Always no network internet coverage at Bellairspark,Vodacom is bad network provider

I always don't have a network for my wifi and when I check on the network coverage, my area Bellairspark the tower is always off hence I have been struggling with internet connection. I am unable to work, as I work from and no streaming as my TV is always on throttle. I AM ASKING VODACOM TO EITHER FIX THIS OR CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT,VERY DISSAPPOINTED CLIENT

I still have a network problems as Vodacom towers near my address are always off hence it affects my internet network, PLEASE FIX THIS OR STOP MY CONTRACT
