always full of **** (vodacom)

I bought a samsung S5 from the one vodacom store Payed cash for it and yet vodacom still blacklisted my phone when you call them they say you need to send them proof that you bought the phone witch is ******* they have all the records on hand and can see you payed for it but this still happens. Vodacom prof that this company is still a joke.
