Altech takeover - fruad - “S3-GUG2i-iG857”

<p>Im really angry and I have discovered that Im not the only person that been ****med by this. I was billed R11629.47 end of April for a sim card thats not been use for months by Vodacom. This happened during the takeover process of Altech Cellular to Vodacom. Apparently we have supernaturally used 11gig of data and requested that they send me a detail list of websites and data breakdown usage as they cound not tell me when last the sim were used.</p> <p> </p> <p>The following month an amount of R12240 was debited from my account I immediately requested the bank to reverse the payment which they did. i called Vodacome numerous times to follow up with the investigation and even requested their legal department to contact me. Up to today i have not received a single call from anyone of Vodacom. Im really frustrated and angry. I need answers from them and wonder how many people got ****med by these big cellular providers.</p>
