Almost a month later, still no delivery of phone

Oh my word, where do I begin? I app**** for a contract phone hTC one m8 mini a month ago with vodacom online. 4 days later I was approved despite emailing all their requested documents to the [URL Removed] address provided by Channel. A follow up call for my banking details was requested, and I was told the phone will be delivered the next day (which would have been Tuesday). A week went by with no phone, I called their after sales line which I wonder does any agent actually works there? I was onhold for an hour for three days after I went through. Spoke to a guy who checked my account and eventually said hes sorry they were out of stcok of terms and conditions which they were waiting for. He told me my phone would be delivered in a week. It was not.<br> <br> I phone the after sales department this morning because I still dont have a phone. Well the lady I spoke with says my parcel was returned. I ask why is that, she says there was no address and contact details. My details were taken by two different people, how can they not have any?<br> <br> Now I want to cancel the damn thing, Im told I cant. What the **** vodacom, never again will I do business with you.<br> <br>
