Allowing access to my account without my approval
1. Vodacom allowed access to my account by a stranger/hacker in a Vodashop to obtain an additional SIM card (Twin call ) on my cell number without my approval or knowledge.<br> 2. This caused a hacker to transfer funds from my ABSA accounts.<br>
