ALL YOU WANT IS MONEY

In last year I had a Vodacom account that was in arrears. This I knew very well. An agent contacted me from Vodacom ofering me to pay this off every month with a set amount. I agreed to this and at the same time asked that I do not want to continue with the contract and it should be ended/deleted. My last month for payment was in April as seen on my invoices. I have finally paid Vodacom all money owed to them! Thank goodnes! Today I received an sms that my account was handed over? Why? I have paid all your money that you have asked me to pay. No notification that there is still money that I owe. I phoned Vodacom and they tell me that I have an outstanding amount of R313.48. Where did you thumb suck this? The last invoice/statement I received from Vodacom was in April saying that I owe 0.00 - So where does this suddenly come from? I have not been using the sim card because it's cut up for months now. This is rediculous that you suddenly want more money after I have made sure that all money I owe was calculated into that amount I needed to pay. Why have I not received any notification that I still "owed" more money. After I have spoken to a consultant this morning she emailed me the notification dated today? So.... What are you trying to pull here Vodacom? Pease rectify YOUR mistake - this is not my problem.
