All Vodamail emails accidentally deleted

Vodacom have accidentally deleted all 5gigs of email I had collected on a pay as you go vodamail account. Timothy Sylvester and Thabiso Makhetha have both promised to fix the problem and phone me back but neither has done so! Luke Solomon in your technical department is the only employee at Vodamail capable of fixing the problem. Please ask Luke to contact me on my contract cell. Thanks
