all Vodacom consultants are the worse

All calls are recorded yet the package I requested is still not fixed on the system and yet I'm still paying for it. Numerous consultants from vodacom promised to get back to me. Trust me they never do. But all calls are recorded. I can't wait to end all my contracts at vodacom. No ethics and professionalism when making promises to customers.
