All the best, Vodacom. You lost a customer. Do not lose more.

When a query takes 4 months to resolve, and after that time no-one (from walk-in service to customer service on 082-135) are able to provide any help, you have to take a step back and evaluate. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for roughly 16 years, and after for the majority of that time, it was a breeze: I was helped when I phoned and I was assisted when I went into a shop. However, that level of service had a steep decline in the last two years. So much so that I would be glad if I never see a red Vodacom sign again in my life.

The level of incompetence is staggering. I thoroughly hope that it gets better in the coming years, because that may be a downfall for the company if this quality persists.

I get more joy when I open the fridge and I see moldy bread than when I walk into a shop and get the poor level of service that I have grown accustomed to.

All the best, Vodacom. You lost a customer. Do not lose more.
