ALL talk NO show

Vodacom will do everything in their power to get you to join their company but once you have a contract set up with them they will forget you even exist. I have made a complaint about Vodacom's repair service before where they claimed personal damage with the definition of that being any damage while the customer has the device. I was promised a call to have this problem sorted but it was an empty promise yes i did receive calls from them after the complaint but only to try to push me into yet another contract. My phones warranty got terminated because of their personal damage claim and thus the repairs to fix my phone are much to expensive. I would recommend anyone looking to take out a contract with Vodacom to flee to a safer provider unless you want anything and everything that goes wrong to be claimed as personal damage <br> <br> Note for Vodacom: If you decide to phone me one day to fix this issue please do so after 3 in the afternoon thanks
