All Talk but only LIES!

I did an upgrade last month. I also requested that I have two sim cards on the same number. The person at the store said it was no problem, it would cost me extra and would be available in 24 hours.<br> <br> This did not happen. I paid, waited and...nothing. So, I lodged a complaint with Vodacom via Hellopeter. They responded, admitting that the sales person did not know what they were doing and then I was assured that the dual sim would be operational by the 1st on this current month AND that the same person who responded, would contact me on the 1st to ensure it was done.....<br> <br> Once again......in true VODACOM form......NOTHING!!!!<br> <br> So, in short, VODACOM stole my money!
