All round bad service!!
Shocking feedback has led me to question why I have been a loyal customer for 23 years.
I have been to a vodashop and no feedback I have contacted various departments jo feedback The store manager is supposed to contact you, no contact is made. Store staff are rude Can't speak to the department that makes a decision.
The list goes on, why do I support a company that's service is useless?
Time for some worthwhile competition to come up, vodacom are useless!
