All Products out of stock all of a sudden

I have struggled to place an order with Vodacom since the 7th of july , because the products I am choosing all of them are out of stock, well to start with all these products are in stock when you do place the order and are still in stock, the worst is I am running after them to cancel the order and get what then is in stock, then boom after confirmations confirm that I have placed my order, i receive an update that it is out of stock. Does this mean Vodacom no longer needs my services as a paying customer or am I missing something?
