All of Vodacom has become useless!

Unreliable voice & data Service as reception sucks a lot lately, Useless customer service as it takes 20-43 mins before your call gets answered, Useless Upgrades, as no one cares if you upgrade or not, no special treatment for returning & loyal customers, now even a useless Retentions department! They save the deal then f&?@&up the deal by selling so hard when they don't have stock!!! And **** to me in the process as I have been told they have stock and now found that they never had!<br> Just like the Vodacom stores who \simply\" don't offer the same as the call centre - duhh why not?? It's all the same company!! They don't call you back even though they promised, we now have head office call centres who are also falling through the cracks and priding themselves with the \"USELESS\", \"empty promises\", \"can't give a sht\" reputation<br> <br> 10 Feb 2016 - 17:05 after speaking with them for 51 minutes, they still haven't delivered my phone. i have he order number and have the person's name and it's NOT the first time. Another person also promised the week before, after 40 mins that they'll call me back and have a phone with me in 2 days! Argggghhh whatever! I'm paying already! Gonna CANCEL NOW!!!"
