All customers mostly have no signal in a radius of 60km

I have written many reviews here we have been having 2 to 3 years now a problem with Cell reception here #Vodacom you keep sending me sms that my ticket has been closed but still the problem persists of all customers in a radius of 60km have near to none signal please fix this problem. I have heard that u put up a tower here somewhere is that true or not #Vodacom? Thank you. Regards.
