All a want is my paid up letter cos my account is long settled

I am very disappointed with vodacom. I really don't understand how they work or they are just a bunch of ****mers.my contract with them ended on the 1st of January 2026 and when I requested paid up letter cos my account was settled, they said i have to pay the last amount at month end of January that's when I will receive the paid up letter. After long argument with them I finally paid even though it was not making sense to me. Then on the 5th of February I received a message stating I must pay again. My question is for what now cos I long settled my account what I need is a paid up letter. Can you please give me my paid up letter vodacom and stop with these games. Where do you think we get this money from, that you want us to give you everytime even though you have no service to us. I paid you well, can you please do me well too
