I took a voucher for R75.00 on voda app and on the 28 May 2025 they deducted their R75.00 for voucher.So today on the 1 June 2025 they deducted another R75.00 on the same voucher and I am not happy because maybe they were doing the same in other months and I wasn't aware

I got a call from vodacom and they asked me to send proof of screenshot and banking detail and I did after I never got any feedback since and only got a message saying ref no .... closed
