Alisom is the worst.

Took my galaxy watch ultra to vodacom for repair due to water damage. I then talked to samsung and they said that it must be repaired under warranty.it has been a few week since then. When i phone alisom they say that it is on a back order. Then they tell me the bull@### story of they wil keep me updated and since last week when i phone there is no answer and they read the WhatsApp messages but no reply. I also asked them if the watch cant just be replaced. Then they say it is samsung and samsung said it is upto vodacom to say if it must be replaced. I dont get any answer from vodacom. I have been with vodacom since my first cellphone number. I think i am going to cancel all my contracts with vodacom. This is the worst service a have ever received. Thank you for not caring about customer service. My wife phoned them also and the man that spoke to her ended the call while she was still talking and he was so rude.
