Alex from Vodacom network dept not helping. Closing requests without resolving it. Super BAD customer service!!!

After last call problem is still not resolve. Vodacom networking department closed the request without resolving the issue. Logged a new call with them. Received a call today from a guy called Alex that is saying I need to wait for vodacom to build a new tower. And was not helpful at all. Problem with unstable internet continues while I have full 4G signal. If I didn't had a signed contract I would have send them up theirs....
