ALCATEL PHONE THAT CANNOT BE FIXED???

I cannot believe we as customer can be sold a phone that cannot be repaired. I have three contract with Vodacom, two tablets and one phone which I continue to pay, although its out of order and cannot be fixed. I will apply for Cell C to buy over all my contracts. I'm sick & tired of poor customer service.
