Alcatel PhONE ***

I took out an Alcatel phone on contract with Vodacom. The phone fell and i took it in for repairs. I was advised that the supplier does not have parts to fix the screen. <br> <br> This is unacceptable as I am the customer and still paying the contract every month although my phone has been damaged for over three months now. Vodacom must not sell us products that cannot be fixed or maintained for the period whilst its still under contract. <br> <br> I feel like my phone must be replace if they cannot fix it, because I am still paying very month for a phone I cannot use.
