Alcatel PhONE ***

Vodacom is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am send from piller to post to get an answer on my previous query. All I want to know is how do you sell phones to consumers, knowing if it fall or break the supplier will not be able to fix it. But, Vodacom expect me to pay the contract for the duration of the 24 months, when I can no longer use the phone anymore. I have to honour my agreement, but they can walk away from their customer service to us the consumers. <br> <br> It is just not fair to us the consumers.
