Airtime vouchers not expired or used! I Want my money back!
Airtime vouchers purchased Ireflecting as 'voucher pin has been used purchased November and December 2024. They cannot have been used as once they are used they get torn up. Why keep vouchers if they have been used. The vouchers are valid till January-March 2028. I want my 4x 12 vouchers and 5x R29 vouchers reimbursed back to me.
As they have not been used. I have tried recharging using all the voucher but all have been used - not possible. I bought them in advance for when my family members request airtime from me. But now these vouchers are useless as i never used them nor has anyone else- I would know.
Now I have airtime vouchers I purchased which is not worth the paper it's printed on. I want the vouchers to be valid again. Or the full amount due loaded on my number totalling R193.00
Vouchers were purchased from a pick n pay and I can provide card serial numbers and expiry dates as well as the numbers and times purchased should they be requested.
I just want all the airtime owed given back to me of R193.

i would not be surprised if vodacom recycled my airtime vouchers as you do sim cards.
As I used 2x vouchers in January on a relatives phone number and the supposedly the 4x vouchers checked by consultant who called me @ 10:44am - were used in February. before 6pm.
In which case apparently all the other vouchers were used in February - leading to the fact that vodacom supp**** the same card serial numbers and pins to another store or same store I purchased it from, but just another area and for another shopper.
Cannot even check the full numbers but the 4x vouchers which were checked were used in February - Pins and card serial numbers were definitely recycled by vodacom in February - but you cannot help as it is not your fault but the place i purchased the vouchers from?!?!?
Interesting, kept the vouchers safe in my purse until family members requested airtime and now they have been recycled by vodacom who cannot help me. Only the store I purchased them from must assist me. The store uses their computer system to get the vouchers from Vodacom which gets printed on the till slip but Vodacom cannot help me.
