Airtime used for data

Vodacom using and deducting my airtime.... They have taken my airtime for data, while they have said that when I run out of data they will no longer take my airtime and use it, I have complained about the same issue before and nothing was done instead they just closed my previous query and their doing the same thing again, I think is time to move to another network that will take its client serious.
