Airtime theft

End of November I took an upgrade with Vodacom for a top up of R200.00. I was then given 5 gig data ,which I have been managing my switching mobile data off if not using the phone. On the 31 .12.16 was still left with few data. I normally receive my air time on the 01 st of every month. On the 01.01.17 around 12:05 am I checked my data as I wanted to call my family and friends and the was no airtime loaded and the data that was left was now gone as it has expired. Since then kept on checking on the airtime untill I decided to call Vodacom on 02.01.17 to find out why the delay. I was advised that the airtime was loaded on 01.01.17 at 02.00 and 02:05 was used by internet. I then requested to speak to a Manager and I was told the Manager was in the meeting ,I should leave my details so that they can call me back .I waited for more than 3 hours and no one called me back . I then called again and asked again to speak to the Team leader who did not have answers for me. He requested that I log the SR and I was given SR Number.

I believe Vodacom is de*****ing people , how do I pay for something that I did not use . My data Mobile was off by that time and how can 200 minutes be consumed within 5 minutes of it being loaded? Since I had data before midnight why that data not used to run what ever update as that they say used up the airtime. The funny part is I have another smart fone using a different network , I bought R29.00 airtime for that fone and I only converted R7.50 to whats up data and the rest was for making calls ,today as writing this ,I still have R5.40 left as a balance. How is possible that R200 get consumed in few minutes while R29.00 takes days to be consumed? Mind you I did not even receive any prove that the airtime has been loaded whereas with other service providers you get notified about everything that happens.

Is this what will happen every month that I will pay for something that I did not use?
