airtime that is being depleted

Last night i listend to a song on you tube, and received a 3 mb data remaining usage. Immediatly i switched of the the video to buy some data i usally buy with my fnb cellphone banking... Then i received a sms data has been depleted.. I could not conmect to cellphone banking there was a mri connection problem. I know i had over R 100 so i converted 250 mb.. Anyway. When i phoned my bf a few min ago whe weret even able to talk for more the two minutes then my airtime was up.. I really dont understand why vodacom does this... Everytime you are late with smses i have to pay in my moer in for your fault...and then there id also missing data on my internet contract with you guys... And vodacom really doesnt have to phone me about this problem anymore... Im not a dumb person you can fool and tell i did use up all of my data.. Thid has never happend on my internet contract that i use all up between 1- 18 and you didnt even send me a sms i only realised this later cos i was in the hospital... But ja i just want to say. In 2016 my contract is ending with vodacom, thank God for that. And then i would stay away from vodacom as far as possible.. And i would never recommend vodacom to anybody
