Airtime taken without consent... I want a refund!

I became suspicious that airtime was disappearing after I went for 3 weeks without using my sim card and huge amount of airtime just went missing. Since I've been using the sim card again, it felt like my airtime was disappearing too quick. I investigated now and found out that I have been subscribed to a service called "Hooked" against my consent. I don't even know what this is. I want a refund for all the airtime that has been taken from me!
