Airtime & Refund Please

I called Vodacom call centre on 11 November 2018 and the call was answered by a guy named Lifa which sounded very *********** and not sure of what he was talking about. My query was that I loaded airtime for R130.00 and thereafter I bought a 40MG data to connect and buy 1G on the Vodacom App that I have on my phone. While I was busy connecting I decided to buy more data bundle which is the 200MG once off NXT level. I then waited for the sms confirmation that the buddles were allocated into my account then again started using the internet. Within Seconds after Vodacom sent me an SMS advising that I have used all of my data and airtime of R119.00. I called the call centre and spoke to Lifa in JHB branch who did not know what he was talking about and I asked that he referred me to his TL, he called a lady by the name of Rose who was very rude to me. And she told me there is nothing they can do to help me. All I need from Vodacom is to load me my 1G data or refund me my airtime back because I know for a fact that I did not use that airtime connecting to the internet. If they can check on my buddle history they can see that I buy the same allocation almost everyday and use it the whole day, so there is no way that I would buy 400MG and use it in 3 Sec. This is not the first time this incident happened to me and before I left it.
