Airtime not allocated
On the 01 April 2020 at 13:55 i purchased R400 airtime on Vodacom using Fnb Buy platform. This amount does show on my Vodacom app under their bill option in menu. This airtime was bought to convert into data. The amount however was never made available under balance available and due to this never availble for the purchase of data. On the 01 April i phoned Vodacom using their contact us tab on the Vodacom App with number showing as 135, when actually takes you to your phone dialing system with number 082 111. The agent that answered at the time confirmed that Vodacom are experiencing technical difficulties with the allocations of airtime to customers acoounts. He advise that it might be 1 hour it might be 24 hours or it might be longer. When i insisted on a more defanate answer he stressed he doesnt have any to give. Later on the 01 April 2020 when i tried phoning and the case to date. All numbers with all options informs vodacom customers that due to Carona Viruss vodacom is unable to assist. Today the 8 April this is still the case, and still my airtime is not reflecting. So Vodacom are you perhaps making use of this already stresfull time to not allocate your customers funds, placing their monies into one of your many investment accounts for a steady interest sum accrued on these funds. While having the ideal excuse not to answer our complaints and in that not sorting out of problems and in that earning what must be a large amount of interest on our already difficult and challenching time? Now as for Tobi your so called robot, you should consider chanching that option to a vodacom shaking game. As entertaining as he is, he is a complete waist of time. I have literally with time on my hands available used ALL of the options he claims to be able to help with, all lead to the same end result sorry i cant help with that.
Now as sympathetic i am to your staff at this stage please explain why your chat option is also not avaialble. Surely as the so called claimed leader in this industry, your staff is fully capable of maintaining this chat line on some form of device from home. Or surely as you claim to have put all nessasary measures in place for Carona., you would at least have an complaint or urgent matters call centre avaialable? Furthermore what happened to lowering data cost as per all the media publications we have been folowing and you being ordered to do so? Literally most of your prices have increased so an excuse of Carona resources cant be used.
This is dispicable service in a already dispicable time. Taking advantage of suffering South Africans, already cash strapped at this time makes you ********* and you should be ashamed of yourself. Disgusting !!!
