AIRTIME MISSING

I switched my secondary phone on,and checked my Airtime,and guess what,I only have R5.58. I have not used that number,it was inserted the into my 2nd ph the beginning of March,and I had R150.58,I never made 1 phonecall from that number,and that phone was switched off. HOW THE HELL DOES MY AIRTIME JUST DISAPPEAR WHEN THAT SIMCARD WAS NOT IN USE!!!!!WHERE DID MY NEW MONTHS AIRTIME DISAPPEAR TOO AWSELL?????????????? When that number was upgraded,I specifically asked my husband to check instore if they could see if there was any WASPS,and they said they cannot see anything,but still had my husband fill in a form to cancel all WASPS Sevices. TONIGHT WHEN I NEEDED TO MAKE AN URGENT CALL, I WAS LEFT WITH NO AIRTIME. PLEASE SORT YOUR **** OUT VODACOM,AND CONTACT ME ASAP.
