Airtime gone

Good day I now hate the fact that for me to get to a consultant i must first come here cos my line doesnt have that option to get to consultants,its only toby and i don't need toby cos it doesn't help me with what i want.... Anyway can vodacome explain to me why or where did my bonus airtime want to cos it says its valid till 12/10/2024 and before i can even make 1 call it was already all gone
