Airtime gone at 1am and I wasn’t on a call

Am about to leave to fetch my mother at the airport. I have R80 worth of airtime and need to use it, while waiting am on the internet with our Wi-Fi and then now I decided to check my airtime before I call to check if she has landed and it’s on R32. It’s literally 1am. Am broke, can’t buy airtime and my airtime disappeared. I tried calling Vodacom and now am paranoid.

Why would they do such a thing? Thinking am asleep? Really? I have Wi-Fi at home. Am still home and I never have my airtime icon on because I never need data ever. Unless loadshedding and I switch sim cards or I buy the promo data for daily which is R22.

There’s no possible reason why my airtime keeps going missing and this is horrible timing. What am I to do now? How will I find my mom? So am forced to wake people up? Am so upset and hurt. I want my airtime back honestly. Chances are by 3am it will be all gone and I bet they will say I have used data or subscriptions but I know I don’t have subscriptions and I haven’t used data today.

Can they please make a plan. I swear am going to social media if this becomes a norm. My followers need to know about my night omg this is really not happening to me.
