Airtime disappears

I dislike ******* and we have another ***** in our midst. Yes Vodacom is the culprit. My airtime has disappeared from my phone before, but at an almost unnoticeable rate, and I thought it was my imagination. But, a few days ago I topped up with a R10 voucher. After doing my stuff, I had R8+ left. A day or so later I checked my balance and it was R6 and some cents. Knowing that I did not subscribe to any content, I still made sure. No content subscription. Still they were not done *****ing. They then further helped themselves to another R2, and today, My balance is R1.91. I now have an idea how Vodacom "makes" money, how they "do" business. Which makes me wonder how they "run" their other financial services? How much money do you ***** from your customers? Maybe I should rather ask; how many millions? I know of many more people who are complaining about the same problem, and again its Vodacom the *****. I hate it when you ***** 1 cent from me, how much more if you ***** a rand from me? Remember, what you sow is what you reap, guaranteed. Get your act together Vodacom. In a short space of time I feel I have had enough of you. If it was possible I wouldn't even rate you one star. And stop telling customers that they have signed up for content. That is an old trick, it's never worked with some of us.
